These terms set out the conditions for using Jellim (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

These terms apply to every relationship between the developer (“we”) and you regarding the use of the App.

2. What the App Provides

The App lets you record your stress as jellies in a cup and look back on how full it was and what helped. All data is stored on your device; we never collect or receive it (see the Privacy Policy).

The App is a way to see your stress, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you keep feeling unwell, please talk to a doctor or a support service.

Some features are offered as the paid “Plus”. Without Plus, the period you can view in Records (this week and your first month), the cups (the tumbler and the tall glass), and the sound styles (Bubble, Plop and Wobble) are limited.

3. Plus (In-App Purchase)

Plus is available as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, in two options:

Yearly plan (auto-renewable subscription): ¥600 per year. The period is one year and renews automatically.
Lifetime plan (non-consumable): ¥1,500. Pay once and keep using Plus.

Both options unlock the same features. Family Sharing is supported. Prices may change without notice; the current price is shown at the time of purchase. Prices above are in Japanese yen; prices in other regions are shown in the App Store.

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings after purchase.

5. After Plus Ends

If Plus ends, all of your records stay, and you can keep adding jellies, easing, and sharing. The period you can view in Records, the cups, and the look return to the free range.

6. Refunds

Payments and refunds for in-app purchases follow Apple's terms and procedures. To request a refund, please contact Apple (App Store). We cannot issue refunds directly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not violate laws or public order and morals, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation of the App, or reverse engineer or otherwise improperly analyze the App.

8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App, nor any reduction in stress or improvement in health.
The App's data is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for data lost through device failure or loss, deleting the App, or similar causes.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms without notice when we consider it necessary. Important changes will be announced on this page.
