Terms of Use

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all relationships between the developer of the App (“we” or “us”) and you regarding your use of the App.
2. Features
The App provides features for registering and managing certification information. All data is stored on your device and is never collected or transmitted by us (see the Privacy Policy for details).
Some features are offered as a paid “Premium” tier. The free tier has limits, such as the number of certifications you can register.
3. Premium (In-App Purchases)
Premium can be purchased through in-app purchase on the Apple App Store. Three plans are available:
- Monthly plan (auto-renewable subscription): a one-month period that renews automatically.
- Yearly plan (auto-renewable subscription): a one-year period that renews automatically.
- Lifetime plan (non-consumable): a one-time purchase you can keep using indefinitely.
All plans unlock the same premium features. Prices vary by country or region and are always shown in the App and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice; any new price is shown at the time of purchase.
4. Subscription Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- After purchase, you can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.
5. Refunds
All payments and refunds for in-app purchases are handled according to Apple's terms and procedures. To request a refund, please contact Apple (App Store). We are unable to issue refunds directly.
6. Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, you must not engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals, interferes with the operation of the App, or involves unauthorized analysis such as reverse engineering.
7. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content.
- The App's data is stored only on your device. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure or loss, deletion of the App, or similar events. We recommend backing up (exporting) your data regularly.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms without prior notice when we deem it necessary. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
